Medium-Term Management Plan

The Medium-Term Management Plan positions "Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)"and "Creating Shared Value (CSV)" as our management philosophy. We intend to contribute to society taking advantage of the talented staff members and high-level technologies, which are the assets of ECOH, in public infrastructure projects such as commercial ports, fishing ports, coasts and rivers.
We added the new management objectives as the 7th Plan: "A Company Developing Human Resources" that can be a model and create common value to society, by making the person as the most important element of the construction engineering company adding on the three management objectives, "A Company Trusted by its Customers" "A Company Resilient to Environmental Changes", and "A Company with High Employee Satisfaction" set forth in the 6th plan.

The Medium-Term Management goal is to "Expand the Business Scale by Establishing a Management Foundation" based on the five business policies of "Securing Orders and Profits", "Recruiting and Developing Human Resources(Asset)", "Improving Technological Capabilities", "Improving Business Quality" and "Improving the Business Environment", we aim to achieve this goal by further improving the level of "Human Resources Asset, Finance, Technology, Business Quality and Business Operations."
The policy foundation for expanding the scale of operations includes

  • the development of customer's needs in Japan and overseas,
  • cooperation between sales and technology departments,
  • technical cooperation between Japan and overseas,
  • the establishment of stable organizations and
  • the recruitment and development of human resources.

We have expanded our overseas business through the collaboration of domestic analysis and design technologies in overseas operations.
Furthermore, as it is difficult to improve productivity in a short period of time in response to the needs of applicable laws related to work style reform, we have prioritized the stabilization of the organization by recruiting talented human resources.
Currently, we are working to improve our business environment with the perspective of ICT utilization and the employee motivation.

All the employees and directors now work together to achieve this target.
